Is this no longer a road for car and only used as a park space?

This doesn't look like a road in Bing imagery. Might be a case of incorrect Tiger import. Would be nice if local mappers can verify this.

Seeing a untraced road here in Bing. Is this open?

I can see some Strava activities but the imagery is not updated (also no Mapillary images). Local survey needed.
