I don't see traffic lights at Van Ness/Market, only pedestrian crossing signals. It's a complex intersection; I think one would go here, the other in the southbound direction. But I'm not sure enough to make the edit, as there are three ways for Van Ness and three for Market.

SB Van Ness should be no left turn to either eastbound way representing Market. Only the outer way is posted no-left-turn, not the center way; but adding that restriction touched 33 objects, so I backed away.
