The changeset has the wrong message by accident.
It actually removes outdated `name:ru` (added when reverting vandalism) from newly renamed streets; those old names are already present in `old_name:ru:--2023-09-27`.

The `to` way of the relation (way/1192245855) has 3 lanes in the turn direction (that is, going south). The Bing imagery shows that the left lane (#1) starts at this intersection and has a solid white line on the right, which is a typical thing for lanes that accept turning traffic; the other two lanes continue from the north. However the white line doesn't continue north (because it's possible to go forward (to the west) from way/1192245857). That's why `connectivity=1:1` — you are supposed to turn left from the single lane to the leftmost lane. But there is no explicit sign/road marking to show that, so `implicit=yes`.
To compare, relation/16118055 is also `connectivity=1:1`, but not `implicit` because that's a T-shaped intersection and there is a solid white line from north (way/773851523) to south (way/773851521), which you shouldn't cross when turning left.

You added `hov=lane` to way/1187792165/history, which is deprecated and shouldn't be used (hov=*#Values). I can't see the HOV lane on Bing/Mapbox/Mapillary (probably they are too old) or on the adjacent segments.
Could you please check where the HOV lane is (left/right lane) and use `hov:lanes` instead?

Не добавил `use_sidepath` полностью до Артиллерийской улицы, т.к. там перед ней нет соединения велодорожки и дороги и непонятно, если это помешает программам построения маршрутов для велосипедов.

Похоже, что добавленные точки BWT Aqua — это автоматы для продажи питьевой воды. В соответствии с amenity=drinking_water, этот тег подразумевает бесплатную воду. Наверное, для случаев BWT Aqua больше подходит amenity=vending_machine + vending=water. Что вы думаете по этому поводу?
