Във Варна мисля, че няма такива поставени.
Това са led_ове поставени на самата пешеходна пътека в асфалта.

По принцип няма проблем, но е добре всичко, което не съществува реално да си е отбелязано като planned/proposed.

Не се виждат на рендера, но в базата данни съществуват като реални обекти. Би трябвало всичко, което е proposed да си е с такъв таг или подобен.

Тази магистрала е proposed, но highway=milestone по нея не са 'proposed', а съвсем реални, така както си ги нанесъл.

Subject changeset is retagging only: natural=water, water=reservoir.
It is possible some of the reservoirs have been dried and not visible on recent space imageries. Usually, I use bing. For the location with 2 buildings - with bing you can see 4 very bright objects. Some of them could be just photovoltaic pannels, not exactly buildings. But on ESRI they are not visible yet.

Nice to hear, that you have corrected other errors in OSM. OSM is regulated by rules on the wiki page, please check them first. I mentioned motorbikes, because these U-turns restrictions also restrict them as well. You may enter the width of the street, so routing engines could decide when and how to propose a U-turn depending on the vehicle involved. I think I can do a U-turn there without reversing. My car is pretty small and the street is not so narrow. What about motorbikes? More intresting is this restriction - relation/11794599.

Why no u-turn crossing? Is it forbidden by sign? As far as I know rules permit it unless there are no signs posted.
