That may well be the case, but I can't really judge. In any case, he's currently removing the existing name:pl tags to add his Polish street names.

Let's wait and see, maybe he'll reply.

I noticed that the Polish name of вулиця Каменярів was changed from ulica Kamieniarzy to ulica Kleinowska.

Could you please explain the reason for this change? The new name doesn’t seem to correspond to the Ukrainian or English versions.

I noticed that this street is tagged as:
name=вулиця Івана Вакарчука
name:uk=вулиця Івана Вакарчука
name:pl=ulica Badenich
old_name:uk=вулиця Кіндрата Рилєєва

It looks like the Polish name “ulica Badenich” refers Badenich, while the current Ukrainian name refers to Ivan Vakarchuk, a modern Ukrainian scientist and politician.

These are unrelated names, so “ulica Badenich” doesn’t correspond to the current name.
