There are more steps here, but I didn't take good enough notes and I'm leaving town in a few minutes.

This looks very different from all available imagery. Not sure if the this is correct. Need locals to confirm.

Cuda Court is located between Breckenridge Drive and Garnet Street in Berthoud. It is missing from OpenStreetMap. Addresses on Cuda Court range from 2002 on south end to 2038 on north end. The existing house on the NW corner of the culdesac is 2033 Cuda Court.

Is it really Blue Mtn? I would expect Blue Mountain.

I suspect that it is Indian Lookout Mountain (not Mtn)

Cannon Mtn? Not Cannon Mountain?

Duplicated creek. One turns into a boundary of some sort.
