is "north 3rd street" actually the name of these buildings or was it done by mistake?

unclear to visitor which are officially sanctioned trails vs. social trails. I searched online for official CU South Campus trails map but came up short.

I believe NW of the point is considered the Senior Center and the right side of the V is considered the Rec(reation) Center. Expected: search for alternate terms shows appropriate entrance / section. Best way to do that?

Roads here appear to be service or unclassified, rather than primary from aerial imagery. Can someone please confirm? Thanks!

There is a barricade here and signage that states that lower mule deer trail is closed for restoration work. Unsure how long it’s been closed, I’m just a visitor here.
