It's a shared community space for the whole apartment complex. It has billiards, a couch, and a small kitchen. It's locked to the public.

This should be removed since it is several years old. The current location is already on this map.

According to Larimer GIS this "inner" boundary is part of Fort Collins and other than the bit of commercial area, it's under the same Fort Collins Tax district. Was this area annexed by FC and should this boundary be removed?
