I've reverted this changeset, as the other information seems implausible as well. The speed limit surely isn't 80 km/h, this is in the village limit, so its max 50 km/h.

This seems a little bizarre to me. How can a dead end road be a oneway? Also the name hasn't changed. For now I will change thes things back.

Sind diese Belagsrosetten nicht gleich zu benutzen wie ein mini roundabout? highway=mini_roundabout#Possible_misinterpretations
Würde meiner Meinung mehr Sinn ergeben so zu taggen. Diese spezifische Kreuzung ist noch zusätzlich besonders mit dem Pfeiler
