A user role niked " Cebderby" or a user role niked " ivanbranco" cannot ASK (and "again") source data to another user.

Please, you must Elaborate (first of "ETL" process of the Creative Commons certification program) ... then then then .. you can Transform my data (we indend the data INSERT of another user).

Please, ensure the community that you have not only the "user role" grant.
If true, you must list all your roles on
the webdomain *openstreetmap*

The string "È necessario" is without lenght in the CC law.

Please, I suggest you to verify also these admission of true.
