This wier is not passable by boats. Please could someone with the skill, make the necessary change and/or mark it as "boats = No". The navigable route is via the adjacent lock.

MFI closed in 2012 and has been replaced by a pet food suppliers called "Jolleyes" next to Argos and a general supermarket called "Family Bargains".
