All County Roads, no matter what are signed, and most likely this road is no exception. So i'll change it to ref=CR 21/20, especially when they're connecting primary roads like WV 16 + 61.
The thing is that you wrote unsigned_ref = * is that it's not put on a sign post, however the thing is the route marker is put on the street sign

Yeah i know the changeset became bigger, but because of the roundabout, i had to edit the relation of WV 14 and add new members in it.

+ Reclassified County Roads based on their connection and tagging scheme.

Also, i changed the tagging of Alaka'i Swamp from bog to swamp, because that's definitely not a bog

I also shifted a peak to the proper point using the USGS 3D elevation data + the USGS Topo maps, but also it could be seen easily from the imagery

By the way, "I walked here" is not enough, i'd probably mark which streets you update like "Updated Tracy Street and Preble Avenue" / "Surveyed Tracy Street and Preble Avenue" and then source=survey, which is pretty OK imho

although Bing isn't accurate either at points, sometimes NAIP and Mapbox is more aligned.

Note that even if RI imagery is newer by a lot, it's not aligned well, so i have to use Bing for imagery aligning. (that's why Greg Bonynge doesn't recommend using that imagery on its own..)

Also, you don't need to write 25 to multiple buildings, it's enough to put it on the main building. Because this is redundancy what you did, but hey, feel free to ask any questions! :) I'm happy to answer them
