| 104662309 | Yes, I know about the issue, i might revert the thing, because actually there are 3-4 changesets affected by this. The WV GIS TC told something to wolfgang8741 that "everything can be used of WV GIS Clearinghouse to OSM (public domain), unless explicitly stated". The problem is, that on WV GIS TC there is a declaration "imagery web service is for view only", but why don't they just grant permission? It is weird, because the Clearinghouse has the purpose to reuse something. Actually, this question is on rise on OSMUS Slack, but we haven't gotten any reply back from wolfgang8741 on the issue, because he spoke last time with Kurt Donaldson and Frank LaFone.
Because you warned me (also DUGA warned me), i think i have to revert the stuff which contains the "WV GIS TC Imagery" like this changeset, and if any of the WVU members grant permission only for OSM mappers to trace their imagery, then the stuff i could not trace from NAIP/Maxar/Bing/Esri will be corrected. I hope this clarification is good. |

| 103095782 | Well, i asked it in Discord and i got it that the cut-off areas should be mapped as scrub |
| 103095782 | Some areas have cut logs, but those don't belong into the forest anymore, unless it's going to be readded. For more questions, feel free to ask, since i'm an experienced mapper. :)

| 103095782 | When you try to add forest please try to map along the forest outline so where there is no trees, don't make it into a forest. (relation/12718765 see this for example or this: relation/12702006)

| 104744325 | And also i aligned a lot of stuff. |
| 87091597 | Á, így már világos. |
| 87091597 | De szerintem ebből nem fogsz több ilyet találni mert azóta én is rendberaktam a környéket eléggé, amikor házszámoztam teljesen a környékem |
| 87091597 | Hmm. :D |
| 87091597 | amúgy a buildings toolst használtam amikor csináltam a környéket és auto felrakja a building=yes címkét mindenre. |
| 87091597 | Szia! az lehet véletlen volt :) Ha megtudod adni melyik objektumról lenne szó, leveszem róla, vagy akár te is leveheted. Köszi :) |

| 104597179 | No comment, again, the batch upload is an ass in JOSM, maybe i don't do this. What i did is that i drew creeks, roads, forests, and did the TIGER cleanup, that's why you can see a lot of source. |
| 104558821 | also traced it from Esri World imagery |
| 104476969 | and did the tiger fixup as always, that's somehow been not written there lol |
| 103864073 | I'm going to draw instead the wooden areas, since that's what I'm doing recently in the Beckley metropolitan area. |
| 103864073 | changeset/104430549
| 104378474 | Here not Cross fork but Johnsonburg. |
| 104210394 | changeset/104210397 actually this is where i applied this technique |
| 104210394 | Yeah, actually I'm doing that on some stuff, and it makes sense, but at some parts it was ugly and it would be time consuming to align it. |
| 104248398 | And also some service roads. |
| 104210394 | To recap what i did, I added forests and added roads. But I also removed some of the landuses, and huge batches of forest, because of the quality of what I draw wasn't good enough, it wasn't snapped to other stuff like waterbody and it looked weird. But i want to snap it so it looks better but doing it manually (without the JOSM's follow line tool) it's a pain. |
