The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

This renders poorly in practice: it shows up as a turn in the bike lane, where it's actually just a straight path.

It seems like it would be better to keep the bike lane separate across the bridge, just like was done with the pedestrian path.
