Is this actually "named" "Path to Butterfly Gardens", or is that just a description of where it goes?

I have modified road class to cyclepath based on internal driver feedback and OS Open data street view. Since I'm not aware of the barrier type, I have added barrier=yes. If any local mapper has information regarding the barrier at this place, please tag it accordingly or please let me know, I will make the edits.

TRO to reduce speed to 40 mph from 10m west of junction with Vine Road to existing 40 limit 15m east of Pennsylvania Lane if no comments by 22nd June 2018.

The postal address uses the alternative spelling Cil Wenllan. (This is also the name on the driveway entrance.)

Our neighbour is Cil-y-Winllan fferm, so changing the spelling on this building to match the postal address would help reduce confusion.
