You used amenity=rescue_station and emergency=disaster_response on one object. Using both of them is strange as these tags describe similar but different things. Does this place fit to the wiki page of emergency=disaster_response?

I have no knowlege about the situation in Argentina. Is "Equipo Técnico de Acción ante Catástrofes" realy the name of this place or is it just the operating organisation?

Thanks a lot for you detailed answer. That sounds like two seperate real world objects. Is that the case? Maybe we could create one "Centro situazioni" that could possibly be an office=government and one "Sala Operativa Provinziale" tagged with emergency=disaster_response?
