Thanks for the reply. I don't think amenity=rescue_station is correct in this situation. That would be a more general object with a not specified pourpose. emeregncy=disaster_response is more specific. I suggest to remove the amenity-key from that object.

My mass edit proposal is limited to objects tagged with "SES" or "State Emergency Service" in the name=* or operator=*. So a station like this would not be part of the mass edit:

As far as I know there are only a few office headquarters like this one:

But as thes should never have been tagged emergency=ses_station, it will not cause damage to change emergency=ses_station to emergency=disaster_response.
