is this a helipad for real helicopters, or is it for model planes?

Are these pedestrian paths actually named East/West Summer Street and Chemeketa Street? I could believe that historically they may have been called that but it seems that now they're just pedestrian paths. Same with the nearby bike path by the railroad tracks: are there actually two ways named 12th Street, one for bikes and one for cars, or is that just a cute holdover from the past? I don't want to destroy anyone's hard work, I'm just skeptical if these names are accurate.
