These cycle paths paralleling Arden Way don't seem to exist in reality.

This is almost certainly not named "Polk Street Cycle Track"; that is not terminology that the City & County of SF would use. Most likely this is just part of Polk Street, and some numbered bike route, and could be tagged as cycleway:left=opposite_track or whatever.

The lane count on Folsom Street looks wrong. For most of this stretch through SoMa it's only 3 lanes with a wide green-painted bike lane on the right side. Aerial imagery is out of date.
