Cambrian Park is an unincorporated enclave within the city of San Jose. Currently it is shown as part of the city, but even though it is completely surrounded, it is not. San Jose has a number of similar small unincorporated holes that are all incorrectly shown as part of the city.

Arlington Ave is the main road in Kensington, so it should be secondary. It was tagged as secondary, but changeset/135823390 changed the tags to "tertiary". Can someone please fix this?
