Something about this node (the lowered kerb?) is causing Komoot to say there's an instantaneous grade change of 15% (instead of 1-2% on either side). Since komoot gets their data from OSM, I'm assuming the issue is something with the data here.

I see this as a syntax error. Values for "addr:housenumber" should not include semicolons. Map databases such as those found on Garmin GPS devices cannot handle this properly. Should either split this building into two separate buildings or split this node into two separate nodes to accommodate each address.

Apartment address is 2020. Another instance of mixed zoning (retail at the front, apartment above).
