Έχω την εντύπωση οτι έχεις μπερδευτεί.
Η ταξινόμηση των οδών στην Ελλάδα δεν γίνεται με βάση τα χαρακτηριστικά τους, αλλά με βάση την σπουδαιότητα τους.
Σε παρακαλώ διάβασε το Wiki μας στα παραπάνω λινκ.
