Changes are applied to the database immediately but the rendered map using the data takes longer depending on the map provider. I would assume there is no need to revert the changes you have made if you can visually confirm your changes using the imagery provided in Josm. The tracks should be well depicted I expect.

We do not have permission to use Google satellite or street view imagery for mapping the OSM. Please only use the available imagery provided in Josm imagery preferences. Currently, the latest for the area is likely to be Bing and Maxar.

There is a source:name tag associated with the way. You need to change it to the source you used or delete the tag if you are using a different source for the name.

You have changed most of Woodcock Road in to a bridge. I expect you need to split the road each side of the river and just add the bridge tag to that small section of the road which passes over river (where the bridge is built)

for info, most osm mappers would discourage you from joining area boundaries like parks, landuse, wood to roadway centrelines.

You could use access=conditional and use some of vehicle property options

I think a note or a note tag using the Transport NSW information would also be helpful.
Removing the access=no tag alone seems to me to not be the correct solution.

there are a lot of untagged points in this changeset. Also some of the address (lot numbers ?) in Lucknow Park have been deleted. Waste bins near the sports grounds in the school have been deleted - have they been removed or maybe replaced by plastic wheely bins.

One option would be to join the openstreetmap.org talk-au mailing list and raise and discuss the problem there.

Wiki description of clinics seems very varied

Have you considered that this may be tagged a clinic instead of a hospital. ‘Clinic’ forms part of the name. The healthcare section of the wiki is very extensive and mentions orthodontist practices.
