Hi, there are validity rules to comply with and one of these is that outer rings of multipolygons cannot share sides. I have edited it to make a valid example.
There are lots of examples to help you in how they are used.

All looks fine except that the relation is invalid, not needed and should be deleted. Just leave the two ways with all the tags.
In Aus we don’t need the addr:state, suburb or postcode tags as these are already mapped by polygons.
When mapping buildings you could select the building and select the ‘square’ button to square the building.

This changeset was too large and split by JOSM on upload so added the above comment to both changesets.

There was a tiny remnant of Jardine National Park mapped on osm but this bit was not on CAPAD 2024 so is deleted. Other tiny remnants of Jardine NP in CAPAD 2024 are not mapped in osm anyway.
