Another alternative is to construct them as TheSwavu has done, making a mp of each part and reusing the common section in each mp.

Hi, you are creating invalid multipolygon relations. Our wiki has extensive documentation on multipolygon validity.
Outer rings of mp cannot share sides.
You should just use simple polygons for these type of buildings or use the building:part method where you would draw a polygon around the outside perimeter and then draw the individual sections as building:parts. These are especially for representing buildings in 3 dimensions but can also be used for simpler mapping like this.

Name is not needed, addr:housenumber = 103 is sufficient

Hi, I reverted your changeset because it is probably easiest for you to add a new node within the building boundary and add all the business tags to that.

158763050

Hi, you appear to have added the business details to the entire building but PSQ Group as located by their website only occupy a portion of the building…. Level 2, 200 Adelaide Terrace, Perth.
You should leave the outline of the building with only tags applicable to the building.
The business details should be added to a separate node within the building outline and all it’s tags added to that node.

I have fixed up the data that @22040316 left for us to quality control.

Hi 22040316
I see you have moved on to mapping in a different country now.
Can we expect you to fix the changesets as commented upon east of Melbourne?

158679558

I notice some of the building near the corner of Hayfield Road and Milloo Crescent have their right side cut off where aligned with edge of your data.
Do you intend to return to each of these dumps of data and fix up such errors?

….also the name=Footpath needs to be deleted.

158679558

Hi, you have dragged a node on Stephensons Place. Can you correct that and also remove the name=Residential Dwelling tag on all the houses.
The name tag is reserved for things that really do have a name as described in our wiki.

All fixed now. Keep up the extensive updated to the map :)

158611030

I can fix those easily, thanks.

If you do want to add more information you can add freehand text in the description= tag

158612081

name=House Construction is not required.
Correct tags would be landuse=construction plus construction=residential
Also do not join landuse area nodes to the roadway centrelines. The landuse only extends to the property line or the edge of the road, though sometimes exceptions occur when construction may extend along a section of roadway.

158612011

In this one name=Driveway is not required

Hi, names used as a description are not used in osm. Names like School Access and Staff Access should not be added. See the osm access tags that are used instead.
