This Microsoft Map builder has split a section of residential road and renamed it to a nearby address.

Do these apartment buildings really have names as you have tagged or would the addr tags suffice.

I noticed the phone, fax number format needs correcting.
Phone numbers in Australia should be added to OSM according to the following format with the country and regional code +61 x xxxx xxxx, (+61 xxx xxx xxx for mobiles) or use the phone:AU key if a 1300 or 1800 number.
For freecall numbers that work whilst overseas (ie 13 13 13) use +61 XX XX XX as per the wiki guidelines osm.wiki/Australian_Tagging_Guidelines/Australian_features .

I added Pullen Reach water area as a multipolygon. The bends are not named along this part of the river as far as I can ascertain so extended reach into the bends as if I was reaching in a sailing boat through the reach. I expect in many rivers the bend would be named (most often as a locality I assume instead of a water area) and the reach would more strictly be confined to only the straightest water section. The Pullen Reach Bushland Reserve was a convenient natural place to confine it at the southern end. Popes Reach is immediately upstream and Two Mile Reach immediately downstream but I didn't map those as haven't old out of copyright maps at hand.
