You are expected to place your business over the building you operate from instead of a random house or in a park. If you are an online only business you should not list it on the OSM as it is not a business listing service.

Hi, there is a problem with the roles here....as drawn, they are all outers.
I think this needs mapping differently if all these parts are part of the one resort.
I wouldn't use a relation for this.
I woulds map the perimeter of the land of the resort and add the resort tags, then I would map the buildings within using building=yes, etc and the swimming pool as is.
You could use a site relation I guess if preferred. osm.wiki/Relation:site
