Howe Street seems to be part of or joins Flax Way instead of separate roads as you have drawn it.

Just thinking about your mapping...
You may find that uMap http://umap.openstreetmap.fr/en/ may suit your needs better that adding those edits directly to the OSM.
uMap allows you to use the OSM as a background and you add all the stuff relavent to ARTWALK SHAC 2022 on top of the map.
I haven't used uMap but it is often recommended for mapping similar things that you doing.

ARTWALK = SHAC2022 is not a recognised tag and does not belong in the OSM. Perhaps you could use the ref tag for this or the description tag.
Name is for the name only...also not all in uppercase...

Many of your names I have changed to description , including name = Private House.
Some names end in "in 2022" which I deleted as it is not part of it's name.
Other tags you are using don't seem to exist yet.
Don't be discouraged or annoyed at these changes.
The OSM is essentially a database with tags and mapping topology confined to a consensus method of mapping.
With these rules, maps are able to be rendered correctly in an expected and consistent way.

I used a few multipolygons at north part of PC hosp to take grass areas of buildings. Hope you don't mind.

I linked the end of these footways to the one across the road. Footways are not limited to having concrete surfaces.
The links are needed so that pedestrian routing can work properly.

There is no need to try unusual tagging for Alltrails.
Alltrails may update the maps more regularly than the routing part of their database which may take weeks or months to update.

I shifted your edit on to the listed address as it was plonked on the wrong building.

This business seems to be placed at the wrong part of the map.
50 St Georges Terrace is not at the site of the Saint Andrews Church where you have placed it.

Most seem to be not part of the public road network too and if on private land, access=private could be added.

these seem to be mainly driveways to individual houses and would be better tagged as highway=service + service=driveway
The wiki seems in need of improvement in regard to this.
