thanks for the quick reply.
I noticed "created_by MAPS.ME android 9.1.5-Google" in your changeset tags which lead me to think you may be using Google products to map the OSM.
If you were at this location then that is fine to map.
For info, here is a listing of open data and the status for use to map the OSM.
Essentially any data that is copyrighted or has a license incompatible with OSM needs explicit permission to use. Even some open data licences are not suitable: osm.wiki/Import/ODbL_Compatibility

...keep on mapping.

It appears to be on the property of a remote farmhouse and unlikely to be a public restaurant.
Should I delete it.
