I think it would be best to leave as is until/if it is included in CAPAD 2018 because it will have the gazetted boundaries.

I notice this Austinville area and Bally Mountain Conservation Area Nature Refuge and not in CAPAD 2016, so I expect they will be in the 2018 edition due out in early 2019.
