It was practice to join boundaries like parks to the roadway centrelines to make the map look prettier, but that practice is not preferred as the actual boundaries are located near the road verge and mapping this way no longer interferes with the roadway infrastructure.
Also, regarding Kalorama Park…as it is a section of the Dandenong Ranges NP, and on Vic Maps Lite as aligned with one of the polygons of the DR NP, I have added Kalorama Park to this polygon and deleted the boundary you added and another I added to correct an osmi error. I also drew the local wood and grass use areas as separate boundaries. It appears to render ok along with the name.

There is no meed for duplication.
If the restaurant occupies all the building you might as well copy all the node tags to the building and delete the node.

This building is already tagged as being a restaurant by this node located within the building.
There is need for a duplication.

Hi, would motel be more suitable than hotel. Hotels in Australia are normally mostly for serving booze, with rooms or separate units for guests.

I have reverted these now which added Kooyong boundary political division from an invalid source.
