Public access is assumed but you can add access=yes if you want to be specific.

Hi, the usual method to add an address is to draw the outline of the building, usually a house, and add the tag building=house.
You appear to have added an address to a very small portion of the building on the property. If you prefer not to draw the property building you can add the address to a single point instead of the small area you have drawn. Please do not add the property address into the name tag.

Hi, I added the parking and way tags as highway=service plus service=parking_aisle. I also added the driveways for the affected houses so that should resolve the issue.
The navigation apps may take some time to update their data.
