I haven’t looked closely at this but expect that polygons with outer role are touching and this makes the multipolygon invalid.
You should use the osm wiki to understand what makes multipolygons invalid.
You should use building:part method instead of a multipolygon, but the individual parts don’t render on the map yet, so you may prefer to map each section as simple polygons instead.

the wetland has a problem at the Moresby River mouth where it meets Mourilyan Harbour.

The line across the mouth invalidates the multipolygon as the last water polygon of the Moresby River joins the wetland outer which is disallowed.
The way to fix this is to removed that line from the wetland multipolygon and instead use the bank of the waterways as part of the wetland boundary.
To do this you will need to make each of the waterway polygons into multipolygons and split them so that you have a separate line to use for the wetland following around the boundary of the waterways.
This problem reoccurs at the waterway mouths at the western side of the harbour and at the wooded area in that vicinity.
Let me know if this is too complex for you to correct.

I had a closer look at the mapping as I am familiar with the area and saw the grassed easement area encroached the private property boundary so I went ahead and realigned it using the Esri imagery.

I overlooked this Kings Park boundary
relation/12949347 which is sourced from Capad so maybe that is all that is required.

that *version 23* of the Kings Park boundary seems to have been deleted.
Also the 2022 CAPAD Reserve (Botanic Garden - Kings Park) boundary has also been deleted.
Only a Kings Park admin boundary remains.
Was any of this intentional? ...and your reasons for the changes.

OSM does not use category, key words. I fixed phone and hours format and de-spammed the description.
The website and website:menu values were the same so I left only the website as this is a valid tag.
I added a primary tag so the database is able to know what you are adding.
The primary tags I added are:
amenity=vehicle_inspection
office=company
Probably only one is needed?
