Hi, it is expected that you trace the outline of the houses, not the property boundaries. If you want to map the property boundaries then map the fence lines instead. The address details are added to the main building foot print.

Hi, if the bridge on Watson Ave and the parts of Watsons and Beare Avenues that it joins are now complete you can change the tag highway=construction to highway=residential.
I also would have expected, if completed, that Watson Avenue and Beare Avenue now change names near the bridge junction. If so, you need to split the small section of newly completed road near the bridge junction and fix the names.
