The only time you add a business to the whole building is when you are the sole business in the building and occupy all the space.

Can you zoom in closer and take more care please. Many of the nodes of the landuse=residential are joined to other things like road nodes, paths, etc. This takes a very long time to correct, probably by others.

Hi, you have defined a private property here with the tag landuse=forest. This tag is generally used to define the boundaries of forestry activity. The area is already tagged as being a wooded area.
As the boundary does not appear to be a forestry area or forestry coop, I expect you instead want to show that the track crosses through private property.
This is normally done by splitting the track at each end of the area that passes through private property and adding the tag access=private or other access tag as suits. If there are gates or fences or signs defining the private property you can also add those.

Wineries and other businesses are not added to administration boundaries.

Hi, I think this named road should be a track as it drives along the beach. If this is to be named , the other small sections at the southern end should also be named to where it joins the previously named Cape Palmerstone Road section.

I am not familiar with mapping complex buildings but expect you don’t need a multipolygon for this building and as mapped it is an invalid mp in osm rules for mp (outer ways of a mp cannot be shared).
I expect the solution is to map the perimeter as a building with all tags and then map the building parts as you have already done and delete the mp.
