Hi, I was just curious if there was a reason why you deleted these address points? Usually data is only removed if it is incorrect or was based on a source that's not compatible with OSM's licensing.

Hi, I'm confused why you deleted the highway=construction tags on the roads under construction north of 5th St? According to the wiki, that tag should be combined with construction=residential until construction has been completed

Quick question, is the leisure=fitness in the old factory off Alfreton Rd to the southwest supposed to be fitness_centre instead? Thanks

Hi and welcome to OpenStreetMap. Thanks for adding detail to parks in the area. One tip going forward: don't use the name key to describe things or where they are. (see osm.wiki/Good_practice#Don.27t_use_name_tag_to_describe_things) For example, basketball courts and short trails in parks are rarely named, so you shouldn't include a name for them in OSM, just tag what they are (eg highway=footway). The fact that they're inside the park boundary is indication enough that they are part of the park. Thanks and happy mapping!

Just an FYI, I changed the spelling for two places you tagged from fitness_center to fitness_centre

Thanks for adding to OSM in this area. In the future it'd be nice if you could give something more descriptive and unique for your changeset comments. Happy mapping!

Hi and welcome to OSM. It will really help if you add information about what this business is in the tags. I'm guessing amenity=restaurant, cuisine=mexican would be appropriate? ;)

Hi, curious why you changed the elevators to "fitness station"? If you want to indicate the location of stairs, there is a way to do that, but unless they are specifically there for fitness purposes, I don't think they should use the fitness tag. And by removing the elevator tag, you have made the map less informative.

Hi, I noticed you adding some trees and related information. Wanted to make sure you saw you can use the species key for trees too. species=* is for the Latin name, but you can use species:en=* for the common name. See species=* Happy mapping!

Hi, I am a MN mapper and noticed your recent edits. Can you please add some detail to your changeset comments, so they don't all just say "UPDATE"? Here are some tips: osm.wiki/Good_changeset_comments Thanks and happy mapping!

Welcome to OSM and thanks for adding so much to the area! One detail to remember (as I've seen another user follow up on your edits and do this) is to make sure all streets/alleys/sidewalks connect with a node where they meet. Thanks and happy mapping!

Hi and welcome to OpenStreetMap! I am a local mapper, and was curious about this name. I found a link to your GoFundMe, which looks cool. However, I am not clear that means the island is renamed. Maybe it would make more sense to use that name on an area with the leisure=nature_reserve or landuse=farmland tags instead?

Welcome and thanks for adding to OpenStreetMap! One tip for buildings with 90 degree corners is to use the "Square" tool after tracing. In iD, click on the feature then press S, or instead right-click and select the Square tool. Happy mapping!

Welcome to OpenStreetMap, and thanks for adding to the map! Note that there are better tags for some of the features you created, such as leisure=beach and waterway=waterfall. If you haven't done it yet, you may find it useful to do the iD Editor's walkthrough too. Happy mapping!

Hi, it appears this data largely duplicates buildings in changeset/58093393

Just an FYI, this appears to be the changeset comment from your previous changeset in Michigan...

Welcome to OSM and thanks for adding to the map! It's great you're adding the crossing tag to the footways which cross streets, however those crossing ways should also join the street at a node where they actually intersect. Also, you've tagged some things that look like alleys from the imagery as unclassified streets. If they are alleys, use highway=service, service=alley. Happy mapping!

Hi, thanks for your edits! However, I'd like to suggest some improvements to your mapping practice based on this changeset: 1) the name tag should only be used if there's an actual name, not as a description of what an object is, 2) if you do use a name, capitalize it correctly, 3) ways should not overlap themselves as is done to the NW here, break them into smaller chunks that are connected, 4) pay attention to the interaction of different features. Here the footway overlaps the lake in two places, should the lake outline be adjusted? should a section be tagged as a bridge? Also, if a footway connects to a street in reality, make sure to connect them on the map. Hope you don't feel criticized, these are common things I see relatively new mappers do, and just want to let you know so you can improve. Happy mapping!

Welcome to OpenStreetMap, and thanks for updating Ramsey to Justice Page! However, could you please update the amenity=school area instead of the building itself? This is the general recommendation for schools--see amenity=school Happy mapping!

Welcome to OSM and thanks for adding to the map! I notice the way you a few things in this changeset could be better: 1) the building tag should just be for the area of a building--there are other tags like landuse for areas (ie the larger area of OSI could be landuse=industrial or commercial), 2) if trails actually connect to streets, make sure to connect them in the data to help with routing, 3) instead of describing the use or condition of a path in the name, use tags like surface and access--see the path page on the wiki: highway=path These sort of things are common as newer users learn some of the details of OSM, so no worries. Happy mapping!
