If it's metres you don't add m - only if not. If you're mapping for commercial purposes as part of your job you need to show that on your Osm user page with contact email etc

This looks like service roads go straight through playgrounds - see the pitch I added.

Is it not Convoy Espresso now? https://convoyespresso.com/
What does osm1 mean / as a useful change set comment? Why are building levels fractional - most houses here are two storey.
Would be really good if you could follow the local mapping style and split into individual dwellings. Just adding large blocks (like on Bedminster) isn't quite as useful.
I've fixed this - you just need to modify the imagery offset - or use ESRI clarity
Why does the driveway go through a building?
Why do the service roads go through buildings?

I have the same problem with the TROs -- I'm sure I saw them once, then never managed to find them again. I'll leave the limits as is -- but will add the roads onto my list of places to check :-)

Bother will fix

The no entry can be seen at https://binged.it/2tRyE4C Adding a one-way tag to a short segment of road creates an effective no-entry. Unfortunately JOSM doesn't seem to support a no-entry restriction -- although it looks reasonable from Bing imagery. Removing the no-entry makes a "quiet change" that breaks the routeing -- it's not a good idea. FYI: There are other roads in the vicinity with the same tagging style.
There are no 20mph zones in Bristol -- roads are listed individually in TRO's. We should be mapping speed limits based on presence or otherwise of speed limit signs.
Is way/673479999 no longer no-entry?
Bah, last para should be: If you want a definitive answer you need to download GPX tracks and move the imagery offset to match them -- the school doesn't have such tracks, but hopefully a nearby crossroads or similar does. Looking quickly in JOSM ESRI clarity seems a good match - ESRI is close, but seems to have a slight westerly offset (but I may be biased).
ESRI Clarity is the same as the original Bing imagery (which is now changed) a lot of original tracing was done from first Bing - so it has the benefit of consistency. This is documented on the Bristol page on the wiki -- maybe elsewhere. Plus, if you move the roads you probably need to move the buildings to keep any gaps the same. If you want a definitive answer you need to download GPX tracks and move the imagery offset to match them -- the school doesn't have such tracks, but hopefully a nearby crossroads or similar does. Looking quickly in JOSM ESRI clarity seems a good match - ESRI clarity is close, but seems to have a slight westerly offset (but I may be biased).

Ok, my bad -- didn't think about cascade steps -- might need highway=step too then?
Not sure this is right - are you using old satellite imagery? One fountain section has been closed / covered in "decking" and is now a food market. I was there today!
Difficult to judge by eye -- but https://binged.it/2tP8vmI seems to show the N//S section bollard closer to Baldwin Street?
This is wrong - are you using old satellite imagery? One fountain section has been closed and is now a food market. Was there today!
This was well-aligned using ESRI clarity - I'll revert
