Hola. Cumplo con tu pedido de revision. Etiquetar una calle normal highway=residential (como parece ser esta) con bicycle=designated, generalmente no es lo correcto. En la wiki dice (ingles) "bicycle=designated is applied where cycling is not only legal, but object is explicitly designated for use by cyclists.".
Revisalo en bicycle=designated a ver si esta bien o no. Las traducciones literales en OSM muchas veces son equivocadas.

Carlos, el DWG es un órgano de Openstreetmap (ver https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Data_Working_Group ) que tiene como objetivo resolver problemas con las ediciones.

En este caso, personalmente considero que es apresurado que el DWG intervenga, ya que tu como colaborador estas respondiendo a los mensajes que te han enviado otros miembros, y que si bien estas colaboraciones iniciales fueron problemáticas, primero ya están revertidas, y segundo interpreto que se deben al ímpetu por querer colaborar y que los datos que te interesan estén en OSM, y que hubo cierto desconocimiento de como funciona la comunidad y algunas reglas que se han adoptado para poder funcionar como tal.

Cualquier cosa que no entiendas en cuanto a lo que te plantean, todo se puede conversar. Es especialmente importante para cuando se quieren importar datos seguir las directrices osm.wiki/ES:Importaci%C3%B3n/Directrices (es lo mismo que ya te dijeron pero en español)

Estuve revisando y los cambios ya los revirtio todos mueschel hace unas horas, asi que bueno, esa primera parte que habia que hacer para conservar la calidad ya esta hecha.

Las importaciones de datos y la calidad de datos no es algo que tomemos a la ligera. Es importante la intencion de colaborar, y para el tema de las importaciones hay que tener claro muchas cosas, no solo tecnicas, sino en cuanto a la filosofia de trabajo en OSM, el etiquetado de los elementos, la clasificacion de las vias, la apreciacion por el trabajo de relevamiento en campo, etc, etc. Cumpliendo con ciertas reglas que se ha dado la comunidad podes colaborar con cualquier dato que sea de tu interes y obviamente concuerde con los criterios globales y locales de etiquetado, si queres hacer caminos rurales, buenisimo, si queres mapear los cascos de estancia tambien, tajamares, montes, rios, arroyos, lo que se te ocurra que sea real y que tenga sentido agregar a los datos de OSM.

Lo que creo conveniente en este momento es revertir tus cambios, porque no solo el etiquetado no aporta, sino que agregaste vias highway=secondary con una interpretacion que se aleja de lo convenido.

Si precisas ayuda con la importacion, mandame mensaje y hablamos segun lo que quieras hacer cual seria la forma.

IMO it seems natural that tagging mistakes for a key are in the key page, and not in the page documenting a value of that key.

Maybe "building=mixed" should be described as a valid value and this changeset reverted?

These bridge pictures are too old. The rails arent there anymore.
About the other pictures, just the top of the rails can be seen on the road, but if you see just a few meters further they are covered by ground and/or vegetation.

Are you sure? These railways were abandoned for years, at least since early 2000's, and e.g the railway bridge over Rio Negro was dismantled, the woods have grown and covered the railways. A train could not run here...
