Hi. Check this changeset. The real wolrd has several homonimous entities and is confusing. "Partido de Lanus" (partido or municipality of Buenos Aires) is relation/1421519
Lanus is also a city (the capital of Partido de Lanus). Also the city has Lanus Este and Lanus Oeste (East Lanus and West Lanus) as subdivisions.

Hola. Creo que la fuente esta equivocada. Avenida "del" Libertador es en Buenos Aires. Esta avenida de Montevideo nunca se llamo "del", a lo sumo Avenida Libertador.

Hay que tener ciertos cuidados cuando se mapean etiquetas que pueden ser sensibles como la de lgbtq=friendly porque nunca sabes quien puede usar el mapa y que uso podría darle, por ejemplo conviertiendolo en un objetivo de agresiones, siendo contraproducente al objetivo que entiendo buscas. ¿consultaste al hotel si le interesaba que le publicaras esa característica?

Yo lo habia hecho personalmente hace tiempo varios años ya cuando salio la noticia de que iban a demarcar los limites. una isla, nombre conjunto, y limites. Voy a tratar de repetir eso.

Not sure how to keep the information to the old and the new status, but in OSM we map the world as it is nowadays, so .reference to geographical elements that have changed, maybe wikipedia and wikidata should reflect the new status.

que esta definicion es incorrecta y habria que dejarla como estaba
por un lado un place=island "Martin Garcia - Timoteo Dominguez" porque es una unica isla en la actualidad
y el tema de limites, reserva, etc por otro lado, en otras relaciones, pero no en la de place=island.
