Was a revert of the previous changeset, that changed the key iso3166 to uppercase ISO3166 in all the region.

The wikidata links were removed as side effect.

It's true that tagging behavior can change, but as I said before several times, having more tags (or more votes, or more people supporting your behaviour or whatever) does not automagically make that behaviour the wise choice.

I think that the keys iso3166* should be lowercase, and not only in Uruguay or South America where you changed to uppercase, but worldwide, as all keys should be normalized, and it was in the docs.

Beside that, it's not me that wants the change in the tag scheme, the change (or the proposal) was made by you, and I think that your change (until now justified only on numbers) is not a better data than before.

Anyway, justified only the same basis you point of bigger numbers, as most tags are lowercase, iso3166 should be also lowercase. ¿or not?

It seems that the ban of user Xxzme is not related to iso3166 edits. See osm.wiki/User_talk:Xxzme

Maybe this doc page is new, but some older doc page were documenting what i say, because, e.g. I added keys iso3166-2 almost 3 years ago (changeset/13202462), and i did use already documented keys.

I agree with normalization of the keys, but not with doing it based on counts of wrong things. Making a lot of errors do not convert them in good things.

The "note" tag is for information to other mappers.
You should probably use "description" for "Authentic French Patisserie"

Eso es asi, pero habria que ver la interpretacion.
Unas pocas mazanas no debieran ser "suburb". No es coherente.
El "place=suburb" tiene que ser, ademas de estar en city, lo "suficientemente grande" por si mismo.

Eduardo, lo que va como building=yes es solo el edificio en si. Lo que podes hacer es marcar por un lado todo el predio del lugar y dibujar el edificio aparte.

Los deportes no pueden describirse de cualquier manera, muchos tienen que ser de la lista ya determinada, "soccer", "basketball", "volleyball", sino no hay forma de poder interpretar adecuadamente esa información por las muchas aplicaciones que usan OSM.

Lo importante que le faltaba era el "amenity=school", sin eso no es escuela en OSM.
