Si dejas la maxima al criterio de los ruteadores, los valores predeterminados que toman a veces terminan causando ruteos raros, no porque este mal el que agregaste, sino porque asumen mal en donde no esta etiquetado.

The reactors in OSM could be tagged with a Wikidata "instance of" "nuclear reactor", and the nuclear power stations in OSM could be tagged with a Wikidata "instance of" "nuclear power plant".

When you select which Wikidata item to "link", you need to check that it is the same type of element, not only that the label/name matches.
In some cases is more easier or direct than others.

E.g. for nuclear power plants, the class is https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q134447 which has property P1282 (Openstreetmap tag or key) = plant:source=nuclear so, to map an OSM element power=plant + plant:source=nuclear, the Wikidata item you choose has to be an "instance of" "nuclear power plant" (wikidata class Q134447)

Nucleara reactors (power generator) like way/299679357 should be linked to wikidata instances of "nuclear reactor" like this https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q11959563

And the plant was already tagged way/193415212

Damaso Antonio Larrañaga is the old name of this street, but names where modified when Ciudad de la Costa were declared "city", and some names were duplicated and generate a problem if they keep the old name.

Para escuelas y liceos el operator:type=public es lo que va, no government, porque es un ente autonomo descentralizado. operator:type=government iria para cosas que opera por ejemplo directamente una intendencia, un municipio o el gobierno nacional.

Hola. En los elementos que ya estan descriptos de forma clara por las etiquetas, como es el caso de shop=hardware no va "Ferreteria" en el nombre. Lo mismo con farmacias, panaderias, etc.

I suppose that when Josm raises a warning, it should calculate and split the changeset itself in two or more changesets with smaller bboxes, at least calculate if it is feasible like this case seems to be, because the deleted nodes in that corner has no relationship with the elements changed in the other corner of the bbox.
