Не потрібно робити такі зміни, є спеціальні правила для highway на кільцях junction=roundabout#Selection_of_the_right_highway_tag. Іншими словами, тип кільця - найвищий тип дороги, що виходить з кільця як мінімум в 2-х місцях. Тут з кільця виходять 3 secondary дороги, тому саме кільце теж - secondary

До речі в редакторі ID є можливість автоматично спрямляти кути всієї будівлі, або вибраний кут, а також робити їх ідеально круглими. Просто на об'єкті натискаєте праву клавішу миші і там є опції "Закруглити" та "Випрямити кути". Це деколи економить багато часу
