I'd move the tags for the interchange back onto way/1292847049. Highway=motorway_junction is for junctions (where ways connect), so doesn't belong on a node in the middle of the junction.

I've just updated Borenore Road (way/22797370) at changeset/163388218. Most of this is maxspeed 100, but northern and southern ends are maxspeed 80, and there's also a 50 zone through a residential section.

I've surveyed this junction again, and the traffic lights are only on Clarence Loop Road (the private crossing road has stop signs and gates, but no lights). I've updated this at changeset/163200029

These unsealed National Park roads were previously surveyed by me in 2015 - maxspeeds 40 and 20 (not 100). NSW Speed Data does have maxspeed=100, but type 'default' (which likely means that the actual maxspeed hasn't been entered in their system). Reverted at changeset/162268871

I've reverted this maxspeed change at changeset/162268705 - my survey in 2015 was maxspeed=20, Google imagery Nov 2024 still shows maxspeed=20. NSW Speed Data doesn't show any data for this road (not surprising as it's a driveway).
