The MAPS.ME navigator and the OSMAnd navigator both prefer to route through the roundabout at the lower level rather than take the direct route of the bridge on top.

Is is possible that something is tagged incorrectly that is preventing navigators from routing through the overhead bridges here?

Is there a road missing here? The sat images suggest so. There further is a non-nonsensical does-nothing turn restriction here suggesting that there was a way at one point. Is this an edit error? Was the road closed?
