1. fee=yes mit fee:conditional=yes @ ... ist fehlerhaft. Wurde zu fee=no getauscht.
2. access=no auf highway=footway mit foot=yes hat keinen Mehrwert. Wurde entfernt.
3. Die Duplikate der Hausnummern in der Bergmannstraße 2a und 2b wurden entfernt. Im übrigen werden Hausnummern dort verteilt, wo Post zugestellt wird. In einer Tiefgarage in der Regel nicht der Fall.

Grüß dich, kann "summer", "winter" und "daytime" genauer definiert werden? Und ist das Restaurant im Winter wirklich 24/7 geöffnet oder wie ist das zu verstehen?
Falls dem so sei, dann wäre der Wert für opening_hours dieser "summer sunrise-sunset; winter 24/7".
Der Mehrwert davon ist jedoch stark begrenzt, da weder "summer" noch "sunrise-sunset" wirklich ausgewertet werden können.
"summer" wird meistens mit "Juni bis August" interpretiert und "winter" mit "Dezember bis Februar".

Das LGL hatte damals die Karte "Maps4BW" für OSM freigegeben. Das Produkt wurde aber letztes Jahr eingestellt und kann defacto nicht mehr verwendet werden. Andere Produkte dürfen nicht verwendet werden. Ich weiß nicht welches Produkt du hier verwendet hast (basemap.de, geoportal-bw.de, etc.), aber die sind nicht freigegeben worden. Welches Produkt hast du denn genau verwendet?
Denn auch in der basemap.de wäre ein ganz anderer Grenzverlauf hinterlegt.

Soweit ich informiert bin, gibt es keine Freigabe des LGL für deren Daten. Siehe dazu auch die zweite Zeile in der ersten Tabelle: osm.wiki/DE:Permissions

In meinem Verständnis ist damit deine Anpassung des Grenzverlaufs unter Verwendung von LGL-Daten ein Lizenzverstoß und strafbar.

Selbst die ESRI Bilder sind bereits einige Jahre alt. Der Baggersee vergrößert sich Stück für Stück nach Norden, wobei die Pipeline in der Mitte immer im trockenen bleiben wird. Nach meinen letzten Informationen wird generell im süd-östlichen Ecke vergrößert, da hierfür bereits die Liegenschaften zugekauft worden sind.

Bei welchem Objekt benötigt es hier eine Überprüfung?

Welche Quelle hast du für die Anpassung des Grenzverlaufs verwendet? In der Regel ändern sich Kreisgrenzen nicht und wenn, dann nur durch einen offiziellen Beschluss, den ich nicht finden kann.
Respektive nur weil sich der Flussverlauf leicht ändert, bekommen die Landkreise keine andere Grenze.
