Hi Matijn, I've just been there and had a look at the situation. From the south there is a sign in accordance with STVO § 52.1 "Fahrverbot" with the text "Privatstraße" in the centre. As I understand the law, this clearly states "vehicle=no" with no exception for bicycles. Why do you think bicycles are allowed here?

No OSM data has been created twice. JOSM really seems to have combined two different changesets. There is no other explanation for the different times. I'm really sorry about that.

this was not intended. it seems that JOSM has re-uploaded changes that have already been uploaded. The part in Munich was already uploaded at 20:01, the changes in the Azores only at 20:34. I restart and then check whether something has been created twice.
