Das hängt ganz davon ab "welche" Karte. OpenStreetMap ist nur die Datenbank. Die Karte unter openstreetmap.org wird etwa alle 5 Minuten aktualisiert. Die Änderungen sind aber oft noch nicht im Cache des Browsers. Dafür einfach gleichzeitig STRG und R auf der Tastatur drücken.

Warum änderst du "swimming_pool=outdoor" zu "swimming_pool=swimming"? Letzteres ist nicht dokumentiert und enthält keinen Mehrwert. Was war deine Absicht?
