Does this short waterway exist? Aerial imagery does not imply any ditch etc and it clashes with building, with no obvious road crossing infrastructure.

This portion is bike only! Mountain bikes come over the crest of this steep portion without stopping. A hiker on the route makes bikes bail out onto not-rideable terrain. Makes for bent bikes and broken limbs.
