It appears that there is an abandoned highway here that is causing "crossing highway" validation issues, as it crosses Florida Georgia Parkway in two locations. I am unsure how to resolve this effectivly without damaging old data or causing problems with addition of new data in the future. If someone could take a look, that would be appreciated.
