No. It looks like when construction completed I successfully updated the highway tag, but failed to remove the construction tag. I have fixed this.

I think so. I made these edits while traveling and do not specifically remember this business.

This changeset adds a lot of problems, like roads that don't exist, and re-classified roads as residential, even though there are no neighborhoods around them. ⌢

Are you certain that Sweetwater ISD is the operator of J P Cowen Early Childhood Center? It is not in their list of schools on their website (https://www.sweetwaterisd.net/)
